Each part of us deserves love, nourishment and attention. Only then can we feel the balance and fullfillment needed not only to succeed in life, but also find the joy in what every day brings.

As women, so many of us place our needs at the back of the queue, behind our beloved, children, family, friends and even pets (yep, that’s me!).
There’s a reason you’re told to put your own oxygen mask on first, before you help others. Unless you take care of yourself, there’s no way you can be there for the people that matter to you most.
