- 250 ml store bought, organic, freshly pressed carrot juice with no added sugars (the 1 day kind)
- 250 ml store bought, organic, freshly squeezed orange juice with no added sugars (the 1 day kind)
- Small piece of peeled, fresh ginger root, finely sliced (about half a teaspoon)
- Throw the ingredients into a blender, pulse for about a minute until the ginger is fully blended
- Add ice, pulse for 30 seconds
- Drink immediately! Fresh juice oxidizes fast, losing its nourishing properties, so you need to have it right away!
